Conditions for Returns
Return policy
1. Upon product delivery, please do inspect product quality right away to ensure satisfaction. If the product is damaged, defective,
incorrect or incomplete (missing parts) at the time of delivery, please file a return request on the app or website within 7 days
of the delivery date.
2. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still
be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
3. Mobile phones, Laptops, Computers and other consumer electronic items are non-returnable and non-refundable. But if the product is damaged
defective or incomplete (missing parts) at the time of delivery we will return it straightaway.
4. All product packaging (boxes, original tags, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must
be returned with the item.
5. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request
on jhigu.store app or website. Return request must be raised within 14 days for Jhigu store items, or within 7 days for
U-Soft store items from the date of delivery.
6. For electronic appliances & mobile phones related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the
product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty.
7. Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won't be accepted for return.
8. For device-related issues after usage please contact the brand warranty provider directly (if applicable). For more information Please note
